The garden is named after a wealthy member of Karachi's Lebanese-Christian community. The garden is bordered to the north by Muslehuddin Street, to the west by Ram Bharti Street, to the east by Murad Khan Road, and to the south by Khouri Road (also known as "Kitab Gali" or "Book Alley" for the numerous book stalls found on the street. Immediately adjacent to the western portion of the garden is the Shrine of Allama Qari Muhammad Muslehuddin Siddiqui, and the Khori Garden Mosque. The area lacks open space except for the Garden which was once the focus of the area but now lies hidden behind rows of new shops. A large number of hawkers and vendors have set up their makeshift shops along the walls of the Garden as well as in front of the existing shops. These encroachments add to the congestion of the narrow roads but no sustainable solution has been come up regarding that.
